    A comment on your PDP. Thanks Zbigniew. A good start on your PDP. You need now to put your plan into action and provide evidence of achieving your SMART Targets (you could link this evidence to your blog). We'll review your PDP from time to time to reflect on your progress and, perhaps, set new goals and targets as you achieve your goals.

    PS - If you link to your PDP from inside a blog page, rather than from the title of the page, I'll be able to attach comments more easily. A better way of linking to the "home blog" might be to add a blog links bar, rather than from a page title. It's a bit misleading at present.
